RETURNS AND REFUNDS



At NeonCheaps, customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we always aim to provide you with quality service and signs. We will always be happy to review your claim. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

NeonCheaps Neon Signs are custom, neon signs made by NeonCheaps can be returned and refunded as long as they adhere to the following conditions:

RETURNS

Every NeonCheaps piece is made from scratch, especially for you. Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. We have a strict no returns policy with any of our Products, however not limiting the rights and obligations under United States Consumer Laws. We will not accept the return of items which are deemed to be ‘’change of mind’’.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If your item arrives damaged, please refrain from using the product. We kindly ask you take images and send to info@neoncheaps.co within 24 hours of receiving the product.

In the event you believe your order is wrong or you have received the wrong order, please contact us at info@neoncheaps.co within 24 hours of receipt of the items.

If eligible for a refund, we will remake your sign for free right away! Your new sign will then be shipped to you in 1-2 weeks! (We are also able to propose partial refunds depending on the damage).

NEON SIGNS FROM OUR CATALOGUE

  • If you decide to return these custom LED signs due to change of mind and it is undamaged, please ensure that you send it back in the original packaging with all accessories
  • Once we receive your package and approve it, we will immediately process your refund.
  • Please be aware that this policy is not applicable for customised neon signs (e.g. logos, personal text, business signs)



Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.


Please note that because all custom neon signs are handmade to suit each customer’s exact specifications, custom orders are not eligible for a return or a refund.
